A board of directors is elected at the UWRA's annual meeting to represent UWRA members' interests and ensure that UWRA acts on their behalf. The UWRA Board of Directors is composed of the officers and nine member-at-large directors who represent faculty, academic staff, and university (classified) staff. The UWRA president serves as the chair of the board of directors. The Board of Directors meet monthly on the third Thursday, September through June.
